Join IPEBLA

IPEBLA membership is open to any individual holding a law degree or other recognized professional legal qualification and who has practical experience advising on a range of legal aspects of pensions or other employee benefits (as a lawyer in private practice, as an employed lawyer, as an academic or as a qualified paralegal).

Dues are paid for a two-year term.  NEW! As of October 2009, new and renewing members may join for only 108 EURO or $140 USD for the rest of the period January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010 (membership dues for the full two years were 225 EURO or $300 USD).

SPECIAL OFFERS:

• Multiple Memberships - For every 3 members a firm has in one country, that firm is entitled to 2 additional memberships in that country FREE of charge.

• Young Leaders - Pension law practitioners with less than 5 years experience pay half the membership fee.

• Other stakeholders - Academics and government officials pay half the membership fee.

Your membership will commence upon receipt of payment of your membership dues and will remain active until the end of the current membership term, December 31, 2010. 

When you become a member, you will receive a password entitling you to access the 'Members Only' section of IPEBLA's website, including access to conference papers and the members' directory.  You will also receive the IPEBLA International Pension Lawyer journal, as well as notice of upcoming teleconference and biennial and off-year meetings. Membership dues may be paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX), wire transfer, or cheque.

Please note:

• Payments by cheque:  We are only able to accept cheques which can clear through the North American banking system (i.e. drawn on a North American bank with MICR encoding)
• Payments by wire transfer:  gross funds should be remitted if paid by wire transfer. IPEBLA does not absorb bank service charges. For wire transfer information, please e-mail the IPEBLA Managment Office.
