Biennial Conference papers submitted by delegates:
IPEBLA held its first international conference in 1987 and has since held conferences every other year.  We encourage conference delegates, whether presenting or not, to contribute a paper on any topic which they feel may be of interest.  Please click HERE for further information regarding submission of papers for the 2009 conference.
