This Teleconference revisited and updated the plenary session on the same topic which was presented at IPEBLA's biennial conference in Seville, in 2007. The panel considered global litigation trends involving pension plans, including class action lawsuits filed against trustees and fiduciaries, and also focussed on the liability of trustees, latest risk management arrangements from a civil and common law perspective, and what you need to know regarding insurance coverages available for pension plans and their fiduciaries.
