The IPEBLA Teleconference Committee has assembled an expert panel of speakers who will address the topic, “Cross Border Pension Provision - Tax and Labor Barriers - Are the Barriers Gone?"

The panelists included:
USA: Thomas A. Jorgensen, Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP
UK: Jane Dale, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer
Sweden: Carl Johan Rundquist, SPP/Handelsbanken Liv
Belgium: An van Damme/Lutgarde Sommerijns, Claeys & Engels
Netherlands: Kees-Pieter Dekker, Loyens & Loeff

The panel discussion took place for approximately 75 minutes and was followed with a 15 minute question and answer session. The teleconference was held with great success with 36 members and nonmembers who participated.
